Refund Policy
General
At APC Investment, we offer specialized financing solutions for residential and commercial land development. Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant professional judgment, effort, and customization to individual needs, our refund policy is restrictive.
Refund Eligibility
Consultation Services: All fees paid for consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time, clients may be eligible to reschedule the consultation without additional charges.
Financing Solutions and Fees: Fees paid in connection with any financing application, processing, or management, are non-refundable. These fees cover the costs of assessments, administrative efforts, and other associated services that are non-recoverable to us.
Project Financing: Due to the complex and tailored nature of project financing solutions, any fees or deposits paid are non-refundable unless a written mutual agreement is in place. We commit resources and incur costs from the outset based on the agreed terms and the project's financing approval.
Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, APC Investment may consider granting a refund if it deems it appropriate. Such refunds are entirely at the discretion of APC Investment and are typically only considered in the case of demonstrable errors on our part or other extenuating circumstances.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must:
Submit a formal request in writing on my Contact Us page.
Include detailed reasons for the request, along with any supporting documentation.
Submit refund requests within 30 days of the original payment date.
Review Process
Upon receipt of a refund request, APC Investment will:
Review the request within 14 business days.
Consider the circumstances and details provided before making a decision.
Communicate the decision to the client promptly, detailing any actions to be taken or reasons for denial.
Non-transferability
Services purchased from APC Investment are not transferable. Fees paid for services rendered to one party cannot be transferred to another party.
Changes to the Refund Policy
APC Investment reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the modified policy on the website. Clients are encouraged to periodically review this policy to stay informed of any changes.
